For projects approaching council DA approval, we work with you under an Early Contractor Involvement arrangement — reviewing buildability, sequencing and procurement, and providing a cost estimate that lets your client commit to the scheme with confidence before it's lodged.
Contract-ready cost estimates for construction.
When the project is ready to proceed, we provide a cost estimate prepared to be used as part of the final contract for commencement of construction — built from 20 years of live subcontractor and supplier pricing, so the number your client signs is the number the project is built on.
